We ship WORLDWIDE and packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment. We take full responsibilty until the shipment reach customer door and the equipment will be packed with secure crating system, packing materials are strong wooden crating system, robust and shockproof to avoid damage on shipping.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your equipment in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
All equipment purchased will be thoroughly inspected and tested by authorized, factory-trained technicians before being shipped. We ensure that all shipments are fully insured, safeguarding against any loss, theft, or damage, and will be expedited for prompt delivery. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your air waybill, tracking number, and a link to track your package’s progress online.

All sales are final on brand-new equipment.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect order, or buyer remorse.
We only accept returns if the item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described.
Warranty service (if provided by manufacturer) will apply as usual.
