We ship WORLDWIDE and packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment. We take full responsibilty until the shipment reach customer door and the equipment will be packed with secure crating system, packing materials are strong wooden crating system, robust and shockproof to avoid damage on shipping.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your equipment in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
All equipment purchased will be thoroughly inspected and tested by authorized, factory-trained technicians before being shipped. We ensure that all shipments are fully insured, safeguarding against any loss, theft, or damage, and will be expedited for prompt delivery. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your air waybill, tracking number, and a link to track your package’s progress online.

We are committed to ensuring your full satisfaction, in the event that the equipment you receive fails to meet your requirements and does not gain your approval, it is necessary to initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds
Refunds will be applied back to the customers bank account purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, refunds will be issued by check. Please include your sales receipt or packing slip. Please send all returns via an insured and/or traceable carrier.
